Bingo Night 2025 Pre-Order Form

 Join us in Fellowship Hall on September 19th for an evening of fun! Please fill out one form per family. We will be playing 12 rounds with prizes announced for each round. You may choose how many individual games ($2 per game) you wish to purchase for your family, or purchase Multi Games (12 games for $20). If your preorder is paid for prior to the Bingo Night you will receive TWO free games when you pick up your orders. Additional game tickets, bake sale tickets, and water bottles may be purchased at the door. Online payments will have an added service charge of 3.5% per order. If you wish to pay offline, please make sure to check out online completely and choose pay offline at checkout.
